Gospel-centered teaching
We believe that life begins with the righteousness of Jesus Christ. That means all our teaching is centered around Jesus because when we understand what he has done for us, then we can understand what we should do!
Faith
We believe that every person has faith because faith is simply a foundational belief upon which we build our lives. We've chosen to build our lives upon our belief in Jesus Christ, his word, and his eternal kingdom.
Relationships
We believe that relationships matter because relationships are at the core of who God is. God is three-in-one, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God has made us for relationship with him and one another!
Missions
We believe that God created us for a purpose, and missions are part of that purpose. God has invited us to join him in a mission to advance his kingdom to all ends of the earth!

Meet our leadership
Ryan Clift
Lead Pastor
Ryan lives in Lebanon with his wife and three children. He has been a pastor for eight years. He completed a MDiv in the Biblical Languages from Liberty University and a MA in Philosophy from Biola University. Ryan is presently a PhD student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Tim Sheaffer
Discipleship Pastor
Tim lives in Lebanon with his wife. He brings nearly three decades of pastoral experience to Rooted Faith. He is passionate about the gospel story, and seeing each person become a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Paul Fowle
Executive Pastor
Paul lives in Manheim with his wife and two children. He holds an MBA from Penn State in Organizational Leadership. He is passionate about building healthy bodies that strategize and work together for a common purpose!
John Vastyan
Community Pastor
John lives in Manheim with his wife. He is an accomplished author who has published many trade articles, and even a novel! John desires for the body of Christ to be whole and loved. He is passionate about caring for each person at Rooted Faith!
Kaila Clift
Women's Ministry
Kaila lives in Lebanon with her husband and three children. When she's not being a Dentist, she's a mom, worship leader, and the women's ministry leader at Rooted Faith. She is passionate about seeing women grow deeper roots in their understanding of the bible and how it applies today.
Jackie Donley
Children's Ministry
Jackie lives in Lebanon with her husband and three children. She is a local photographer, and you've probably seen her work more than once! Jackie is passionate about raising children in an environment where faith can take root. She strives to create a space for all children to feel seen and loved.
Ashley Kopp
Communications
Ashley lives in Manheim with her husband and two children. In addition to singing regularly on the worship team, Ashley makes sure everyone knows what's happening at Rooted Faith. Through the development of weekly communication, Ashley keeps us all on the same page!
Rachel Ruhl
Social Media
Rachel lives in Manheim with her husband and daughter. You're most likely visiting our webpage because you've seen something incredible on social media. Rachel is the creative genius behind all of it! She loves to use the power of video to tell the story of the gospel.
Jesse Kopp
Logistics
Jesse lives in Manheim with his wife and two children. He leads the charge each Sunday as we set up and tear down our equipment. He also dreams up new and exciting ways to improve what we're doing each Sunday!

Mark lives in Manheim with his wife and daughter. You may not see Mark on a Sunday morning because he's usually sitting behind the Technology Desk, looking at computers and sounds boards. If we didn't have Mark, the show would not go on!

Trevor lives in Lebanon with his wife and three children. Trevor is an expert in all things related to technology. From software to hardware, if we've got a question, we ask Trevor because he can figure it out!
